For the 3rd year in a row since moving here, we have taken the kids to see the Christmas lights. There is a neighborhood not far from us that they call "Disney Lane." The whole neighborhood is decked out in Disney themed Christmas decorations. Apparently, one of the residents in the neighborhood used to be an animator for Disney and he has made many of the painted wood decor. Athough it's not particularly my taste in Christmas decorating, the kids abosultely love it and we love to see their happy faces. It's been fun having this new tradition and the kids look forward to it each year.
